VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are always needed to help the State Games of Oregon run smoothly. Each year, hundreds of parents, friends and members of the community sign up to volunteer at Opening Ceremonies, in the OASF office or at specific sport locations. Jobs range from stuffing packets and answering phones, to selling souvenirs and directing traffic, to timing and running results at the venues. All volunteers recieve

an invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

(Phone answering, packet stuffing, mailing, computer work, etc) Location 4840 SW Western., Suite 900, Beaverton OR 97005 Please enter your available schedule OPENING CEREMONIES VOLUNTEERS: July 13 / Saturday / 10am to 10pm I can help with the following (check one or more) Set up. Time: 10am to 2 pm Hang up banners, set up chairs, equipment, etc. Opening Ceremonies: Time: 5 to 9 pm. Crowd Control, distribute ice cream, parking, sell souvenirs. Take Down. July 14, Time 7 to 10pm. Take down banners chairs, equipment, etc.
